DAVENPORT, Ia. (KWQC) - An 80-year-old Davenport woman is crestfallen afterwards falling victim to a scam. Velma Holmes said a man agape on her aperture Thursday, dressed as an agent from Iowa American Baptize Company. According to Holmes, the man said he was blockage baptize meters in the neighborhood.
